Goa Sudharop Scholarships For Goan Students

As GOA SUDHAROP enters its second decade, our WORLD G.O.A.N. network (stands for Goan Organizations Associations, NGOs/Non-profits) continues to expand into the largest worldwide Goan alliance working for Goa and Goans. We have currently reached out to the FOUNDATION FOR EXCELLENCE and will work jointly with them to provide scholarships for higher education to children in Goa.

The FOUNDATION FOR EXCELLENCE is based here in Silicon Valley, California, and has funded approximately 11,000 scholarships to date to students in India. Some of their students have taken advantage of the scholarship opportunity to complete their studies and have gone on to work for companies like GOOGLE, APPLE, etc. In turn, they now contribute to FFE and give one of the great gifts to children - an education. Goa Sudharop will work with FFE as it relates to Goa. Goa Sudharop Board member Mr. Dinker Bir and Goa Executive Director Mr. Ibonio D'Souza have kindly agreed to coordinate this important initiative for Goa Sudharop.
